Halloween Round Up
So, I did a lot of sewing for Halloween— so much sewing that I lost track of keeping up with blogging it all!
As always, Instagram is the best place to keep up with my sewing as it’s happening, so please check me out there if you’d like little nibbles of content in between these longer-form posts!
I did a record amount of sewing this Halloween, using tried-and-true patterns and brand new-to-me patterns alike! Halloween always feels like a good season for experimenting to me, and this year was no different in this regard.
As a kid, Halloween was always my favorite holiday. I think as an adult, I enjoy the Christmas season more, but I am still very attached to the aesthetic of Halloween.
Funnily enough, one of the reasons that Halloween doesn’t feel like as big a deal to me now that I’m an adult is that I can dress up whenever I want to, as opposed to only having one day a year to celebrate being extra!
Do you like Halloween? Did you do any Halloween sewing?
I still had other ideas and inspiration for Halloween projects that I ran out of time for, so I have a feeling next year will involve a lot of fun Halloween sewing as well!
