Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! This was my favorite Halloween make last year, so I was excited to pull it back out again this year!

This is the Charm Patterns Rita Blouse in black cotton, and the gathered skirt was made using the Charm Patterns Picnic Skirt tutorial (available on the pattern designer, Gertie’s, YouTube channel), but I skipped the buttons and moved the closure to the back and used a zip.

I love how festive this skirt is, and the print is bold enough to read well and be recognizable even in passing. And don’t the necklace and brooch from Kinks and Quirks match perfectly? Such fun pieces!

I wore this out to dinner and got lots of comments on the skirt. It’s such a fun print!
