Witchy Cats

Here’s another “oldie-but-goodie” from last year! I love the little witch cats flying around on their broomsticks (if you haven’t picked up on this lately, I really love cats!).

The purple shade is a great break from the barrage of black and orange I usually work with this time of year; it’s a print from Hawthorne Supply, and I was very pleased with the quality of their printing and the fabric it is printed on as well. I believe this is a sateen.

The pattern is one of my favorites, B6412, which is still available as a digital pattern, although it’s not in print any longer.

I shortened the sleeve on mine, added piping, and used a very full gathered skirt with it.
